Island of Rab is one of many islands located in the Kvarner Bay archipelago in the north part of the Croatian Adriatic Sea, one of the cleanest seas in the world.In addition to the old ancient town of the same name, there are seven other idyllic places scattered all over the island, and these are: Barbat, Banjol, Palit, Kampor, Mundanije, Supetarska Draga and Lopar.
Some 9000 permanently live on the island, mostly of agriculture, fishing, shipbuilding and, of course, tourism.
We are very proud to say that our tradition of organized tourism is today already almost 120 years old, and dates back to the times of the Hapsburg dynasty and the Austrian Empire.
